Max Payne 3 Xbox 360 screenshots make Uncharted 2 look like N64 game.

lol, you just wait. Sony has put a lot of money and effort into getting Uncharted 2 to look as nice as it does. They've even got U2 team members helping on KZ3. The U2 engine is probably the best graphics the PS3 is capable of. However on the Xbox 360 developers were never under any pressure to push the graphics to the limit. Only now will we see games coming out late this year and next that WILL rival U2. The Xbox 360 has the muscle and now the graphics war is on.

actually I read somewhere on N4G that naughty dog isn't helping create the Killzone 3 engine

You guys try and compare everything to Uncharted when it comes to Graphics....none of the games PS3 or 360 fanboys bring up can compete with Crysis in the graphics department, also the graphics on this game arent really all that and Uncharted2 still looks alittle bit better...the only game I see on 360 with incredible graphics is Alan Wake

Sorry but your info is false...Crysis2 is watered down on consoles and doesnt play on its max settings like the PC...I'd like you to show me proof that the devs said 360 version of Crysis2 out does Crysis1 on PC...Crysis1 still looks far better than Killzone (which most of the time is just rendered in multiple shades of the same color)

Killzone 2 looks like brown and gray crap compared to Crysis. I prefer Halo 3's graphics to Killzone 2 and Halo Reach will be a huge step up. Crysis 2 on Xbox 360 looks waaaaaaaaaay better than Killzone 2 and Killzone 3 looks the same as Killzone 2.

Well to be fair uncharted 2 is only possible on PS3.............because Sony owns the IP

but from a technical perspective, sure the 360 can pull it off.

Hell yeah, games like Alan Wake prove that it's possible. Okay, Alan Wake still lacked in one or two areas which prevented it's graphics to be competely equal to Uncharted 2 but it's also less linear and so the fact that the graphics are even nearly as good is impressive. Tbh though, to me the visuals are even better because I swear UC2 was wayyyy to colourful.

After seen some more screenshots of Max Payne I can safely say it wont touch UC 2 (graphically).The only thing I thought was bad in Uncharted was the gun animation. They looked like retards the way they held their guns.

Im sure Rockstar will do a top job though.

Could be a cool game though.

If you all stop acting like fanboys for a second and compare the games you will know that uncharted 2 looks better.

And it's kinda funny. Uncharted 2 devs said that Guerilla Games should have won for best graphics. They felt KZ2 was a more technical achievement than U2.
...which is true in some cases. Uncharted 2 has better art direction and that's all gamers attribute to graphics nowadays.

Crysis has a good "overall" view but the details on the weapons and such just are not good.

Actually those graphics look pretty mediocre, many games have graphics like that I think even RE5 has better graphics.

This doesn't come close to Uncharted 2 at all.

Nice try though, and no I have played Halo Reach it doesn't look all too different from Halo 3.
