I finally started playing on XBL a few days ago and the biggest difference between the two is that XBL doesn't freeze up on me the way PSN does sometimes. Other then that, the online experience is pretty much the same far as I can tell. I noticed a lot of people online don't voice chat even though all 360 elites come with a headset. Kinda weird.
