360 Lifetime Sales

How long do you think the 360 will last on the market and why?

When its finally off the shelves, how much do you think it will have sold?

Personally I think its allready a success since it surpassed Xbox 1 sales by leaps and bounds.

I predict 8-10 years since launch with 70-80 million lifetime sold. Not bad for an american console that sells poorly in Japan.

I'll agree with that, but who knows what's going to happen when Halo Reach comes out. Microsoft likes to keep it's best stuff secret for a long as possible so who knows what great exclusives and system sellers are going to be announced in the near and long term futures.

Natal could be huge and bring in tons of Wii owners who still want motion control, but have gotten tired of the lackluster library of games. Just like the Wii found a market for casuals, Natal could find a market for casuals looking to be a little more hardcore.

It could sell like crazy.

I'm also expecting Natal to ship with a redesigned Xbox 360 kind of like a Slim 360. Cheaper manufacturing, new look, lower price, plus Natal.

Could be the next best thing since sliced bread.

The future is bright for Microsoft. If Xbox 360 stays popular, and how could it not with stuff like Halo Reach on the horizon. I can see it selling as much as 60 - 100 million units depending on how long the market supports it.

I predict another 3-4 years MINIMUM.....MS can do a $179, $149 and $99 price drops, they will have Natal, and hopefully some new IP as well.

hmmm...i would not mind a new xbox especially to blow the PS3 GRAPHICS out of the water.

I predict they will sell 10 million each year if they have a big game coming out each year.

I reckon approximately 9 years and with approximately 60/70million sales.

Because the PS3 is last place but if the PS3 surpass the Xbox, you will see how hypocritical they are by bashing it at Xbox fans faces..

QFT PS3 fanboys say sales dont matter only when the numbers favor the 360. They are very bitter about being in last place.

Around 2015 I think it will end (it shall be a sad day when that happens). But I totally am gonna relax and enjoy some Xbox 360 until then. But another thing is why hasn't Microsoft made a portable console. Oh well. Cheers to another 5 glorious years.
