i don't think so because ps3 users barely buy their games, and Sony doesn't have as many supporters as the previous 2 gens, because everyone has a 360 or wii.

i think it will, GT series has always sold most copies then any other game on the PS system.

well... When (if) gt5 ever comes out it may get better ratings than forZa 3, ps3 fanboys will be like "lolzlolz we told u it has potentialz" and then forza 4 will come out a few months later and be like AAAA and we'll be laughing xD

Prologue sold pretty well....but then again it was bundled for a while.

I think it will sell fine, but not as well as the rest of the series. I think less PS3 owners are gamers then the ones who bought it for Blu-Ray. I also think most GT fans bought GT Prologue and didn't sell amazing well. Some of those GT Fans won't buy GT5 becuase they had enough fun with Proloque or The PSP.

What PS3 owners who weren't satisfied by the last two offerings who bought the PS3 for games not movies. Sales of high profile PS3 exclusives have shown that actual PS3 owning gamers, REAL GAMERS, are far and few between.

I read on N4G I think it was that GT5 is now being pushed back to the Fall of 2010.

That would be a crushing blow to GT fans and going up against the fall lineup of Xbox 360 means it will be overshadowed no matter how well it sells. Who's going to be talking about GT5 when Halo Reach is the fastest selling game of all time. I also expect to see Project Gotham Racing 5 announced at E3 this year and like Forza 3 it will probably come out in time for the holidays. GT5 will have a hard time competing with the marketing behind all those great Xbox 360 exclusives.
