| From previous generations? I still do. A couple of games I missed out due to other games I played and it kept me interested too long or just didn't have the time to play new games. I just finished Chasm: The Rift a week ago. Quite short, but a really fun classic shooter for the PC. It seems like in this day and age, not many games are interesting to me enough. So I usually like to go to the last gen and research w/e games looks interesting to me. | |

| No I don't. I don't have any old consoles anymore so theres no point especially since PS3 doesn't have backwards compatibility. | |

| I've played most of the Xbox games I've wanted to play, I don't own a Wii or Gamecube or PS2, and my PS3 isn't backwards-comparible. So no, I don't play many older games unless they're handheld games. | |

| There's not really many places around where I live to buy old games. Unless I buy them from Ebay or something.
But really, Gamestop being a "gaming store for gamers" should carry old games. The oldest they have are used PS2 games. Even if they were just a bunch of used ones in a box.
I can always get old PC games however by buying them online. However, that is also bullshit because some people like Blizzard still feel like it is okay to charge 20 bucks for a 12 year old game, no matter how good it may be that's not okay. That's where torrents come in.

There's a vendor at the flee market who has a ton of old games from the NES era and up. But I usually just buy online.

| If I still had my original Xbox, I could play emulators from many consoles. That made me happy... | |

I had the same problem with Halo: Combat Evolved, but now it works perfectly.
