Just because Halo destroys every shooter that Sony owns, that doesn't mean the 360's library is only comprised of shooters. Infact, Sony has more shooter IP's (Killzone, Resistance, MAG, Socom, etc). They just aren't as popular and acclaimed as Halo and Gears.

But we have the most diverse lineup of Console and Platform Exclusives. Mass Effect, Fable, Halo, Gears, Forza, PGR, Crackdown, Alan Wake, etc.

Practically the only console exclusive on the PS3 that really stands out IMO is LBP. Everything else is just heavily-scripted games. UC2, GOW3, hell don't even get me STARTED on Heavy Rain.

But opinions are opinions. I can see why people would prefer to play games and get that "it's like watching a movie" feeling....but to say the X360 doesn't have a diverse library is very ignorant and stupid.

Crackdown was also released early 2007...so yeah, A 2007 game still outsold a 2009 game.

Yeah it's a wrpg but it's technically a sandbox game. It's got free roam and loads of side missions.

You clearly missed the entire point of the thread because your comment is completely irrelevant.

Arnt god of war, you have a point but the thing is that if their exclusive for each of these genres didn't sell as well as our exclusives, when they say we only have shooters or the only decent games we have are shooters, we can remind them that we have other genres and they're better sellers than the ps3's exclusives.
I guess I see what you mean but still, our exclusives of those genres now look better and stick out more
