Anyways, I would love to get this phone but my parents wont let me.

It comes out on AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Probably U.S. Cellular as well. They are not trying to be exclusive to one provider unlike the iPhone (which is exclusive to AT&T).

Though what's cool is that most of the iphone/ipod touch apps are getting achievements now. It was just Gameloft games before and then Openfeint games but now I think ANY person can get his app or game to have openfeint support. So it's coool.

There's Splinter cell Conviction on Ipod Touch/Iphone. It's okay, tries to stay in a similar style, with the information on the wall and stuff like that, but I thought the animation was kinda sloppy.
