| If the Xbox 720 has Blu-Ray, WiFi, better hardware, improved LIVE service (especially if it had more dedicated server games), and continues to use current IPs and bring in new IPs/buy up good developers......I could see Microsoft DESTROYING the next generation.
I have heard all kinds of stuff how Microsoft was always going for a 3 console strategy:
(1) Xbox Original - Simply enter the console market.
(2) Xbox 360 - Build IPs, Build 3rd party support, Test out every feature they think the gaming community would be interested in.
(3) Xbox "720" - Use all previous knowledge, and build/buy new devs/IPs, and make an overall better console in gamers eyes. | |

They might be realesing a new console next year.So says there spokeperson.They said next year that there either gonig to release i HD wii version or a new console.I read it on a gamespot article.I personally love the wii. | |

| it should be on more even ground next gen, with xbox 1 it was a bull vs. a Titan. now that the 360 has 3rd party support and now that it has companies like Bungie, Epic Games, Lionhead Studios, and Turn 10, while the PS3 has been busy loosing exclusives it's set for pure domination nexgen. | |

| The only way that the PS4 could compete is if they launched before the 720 (but we all know thats not gonna happen). Because the reason Sony is so behind is because of the fact that 3rd parties support Microsoft. | |

sony have learnt lots this generation. they learnt that they cant trust consumer loyalty and they have learnt that to win you have to release your consol first (which is the reason why microsoft is beating sony and have been getting lost of 3rd party devs ) So i think sony will do everything they possibly can to come out first and have a reasonable price (another reason why the PS3 is last) | |
