Your full of it bot hole killzone 2 is always loaded with mp players and I can play a match in time of the day or night.
Killzone 2 is 1 of the best fps games ive ever played and i recently am appreciating it a lot more. I still cant believe the experience it provides.
+ so many peeps who played mw2 came straight back to the king of fps here on helghan.
My 2 GOTYS are Kizzy 2 and uncharted 2 ftw

I lol everytime a droid refers to controller lag in KZ2 as an added reality feature for gun weight.

Killzone 2 was horrendous and wasn't fun to play. Aside from its graphics, it's easy to surpass that abomination of a game in every other aspect.

I go to N4G, from time to time, for laughs. It's amusing reading some of the comments the brownies write, especially when they think they know what they are talking about. A good example is where they ACTUALLY believed a survey which suggested the Xbox 360's failure rate is 54.2 percent, failing to comprehend that a survey like that will have a high chance of having a Sony gang who will corrupt that study with their fanboy stink.

The graphics weren't even impressive. Game was fugly. It has horrendous texture work, lighting is a mixed bag, enviornments looked like shit etc. Also, the game had a color spectrum of baby puke(orange,grey,brown). It's just so dull and uninspired. Also, I love how brownies think 'deferred rendering' was all that, which was used in kz2 was used in the dreamcast days. The technique is used for platforms that have more weaknesses then advantages. So, that just proves how gullable, and stupid brownies are. Also, the game had no scale! Only thing that was being rendered was a bunch of hallways, warehouses etc. That completely explains the god awful level design. Also,the game had horrible shadows, and funnier part was that there was shadow pop-in! Lol. They also used lots of motion blur to hide the defects in the game, which was clear as day. The game didn't even use Anti-aliasing either. Basically, they used makeup to cover up a ugly woman's face, but if your ugly, your always ugly. Makeup just makes it worse.

Furthermore, the story was laughable, dialouge was atrocious, and the AI was just laughable. Plus it was riddled with bugs, and campaign was 5 hrs long and only came with 8 Mp maps. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. And, well said ShadowCk, I agree with you. Also, I remember when the Kz2 demo came out so many people complained about the game, and saying it doesn't look all that. Funnier part was that so many people canceled their pre-orders. That completely shows from the shitty sales, even with bundles. Lol. All I know is Sony is completely stupid for buying guerilla for 200 million bucks! What a waste! Then they spent almost 100 million on this pile of crap. 300 million down the drain, and now they want to make a sequel. Basically, Sony took the money, crapped on it, and lit it on fire!

So apparently it's more fun to shoot at Helghast soldiers in Killzone 2 instead of Covenent and Flood from Halo 3. And he said "gay aliens" So what are you fighting in Resistance 1 and 2? uhhh......

I don't think you get it. He said Halo is gay cuz you shoot aliens. By that logic, Resistance must also be gay cuz you should aliens in that game.

But, do you get what I said? Now, we shall see about that.

Yep, you pretty much nailed it there. KZ2 fights feels like "how-they-do-it-back-then". And... it's not really fun to play. If you go back and play all the pre-Halo FPS on the PC (MoH:AA, Tribe, SOF), you will notice that the way the fights occur, are vastly different from how they're done now.

FPS back then:
Enemies spawns, immediately take cover behind cover, peeks out of said cover and shoots you.
Player reacts via sniping the AI in the head. No problem for K&B controls hey-yo!

FPS now:
Enemies spawns, immediately take cover behind cover, peeks out of said cover and shoots you.
Player seeks alternate route to flank the enemy.
Player shoots trough the destructible cover.

Hmm...

And the graphics were not really that special IMO. It's....pre baked lighting from Resident Evil 5. Not... really that impressive.

Halo 3 - The lighting and "omg that scarab is hugggeee"
Gears 2 - The entire worm level.
Borderlands? - The siren's tush.
