Xbox 360 to outsell PS3: 3 To 1!

The Xbox 360 will outsell the PS3 by 3:1 this Christmas in the UK, according to the leading discount site MyVouchercodes.co.uk

Statistics provided by the website have shown Microsoft's console taking 62% of the market share in October, before rising to 74% in November. It's a strong showing for the 360, especially considering the recent launch fo the PS3 Slim.

Retail expert Mark Pearson has the folowing to say on the matter:

"A couple of months ago, little separated the two in terms of units being sold through our site, but November has seen a huge surge by Microsoft's budget friendly console, backed by a stellar PR campaign.

"If sales stay at their current rate, the Xbox 360 will outsell Sony's Blu-Ray-technology console by 3 units to 1, a marked defeat. Both companies want their console to be under the Christmas tree this year, but there can only be one winner.

Funny,how the wheel turn. When the PS2 Slim came out it was open war to get one. Hell I needed to fight another guy in the mall to get the last one on stock, AND I FUCKING GET IT!!!!!

It was sell out every fucking where, ya know! Crazy, just crazy. Now? With the PS3 Slim? They are just stuffing it up to the ceiling.

With the PS2 Slim it was actually a good deal, hella of console,more smaller, more badass, best games in the bussiness, it was a beast.

PS3 Slim? Smaller size, same old shit.

I take the 360 Elite over a Slim anytime of the day.

Sony fucked up big time on this Generation and i knew it a mile away.

Sucks to be them.....

Wow. The Slim just came out and its momentum has already died. This generation gamers just dont give a crap about Playstation and bluray.

360 is doing very good in Europe,that is what they need to improve on and it seems like they are.

Too bad that so few things are coming to the 360 in Europe....

luckily 360 is holding its own, its not being outsold as much as i thought.

ALl we have to do is remain 2nd place until Natal comes out..............then its smooth sailing from there.

Yeah I actually expected 360 to be outsold by a much bigger margin but 360 has been holding its own quite well.

Us brits love our 360s, i have noticed since MW2 came out and AC 2 has come out a lot more people have bought a 360. Also a lot of my mates are selling there PS3s to buy the 360 for MW2. Its all good! too bad about all the verbal wars over xbox live.

Dont forget Ireland..The republic that is! We also get Sky...some people still believe were part of the UK....Not saying you do though!
