GT5 tracks look awfully barren in comparison to Forza 3

I downloaded it and I could not be more disappointed, the grass/gravel looked horrible there was zero car damage, sound was not special at all. after trying both demos I give Forza 3 and easy win to far. I also downloaded Dante's inferno which was bad ass.

What? I've always said Forza 3 has better graphics and gameplay. Where did I say GT5 looks better than Forza 3? Chill out.

I will have to agree to a certain degree... Since the emphasis in GT is on the car and Forza on the experince. If you look at the graphical things, the GT cars look better, inside aswell as outside. But as you watch the landscape and things next to the cars is almost like Forza 1 in comparison.

Ive tried GT5 at Gamescon in germany and the graphical wasnt good.... Trees look like paper-cut-outs and most textures are just the same colour.

For me its hands down forza, and i loved every GT game so far... But i think Forza is ahead of GT now.

I totally agree. And in the GT5 time trial it looked to me like the graphics were a bit downgraded including the cars. Forza 3 is definitley ahead of GT5.
