Gears of War 1 Or Gears of War 2?? which is better

im halfway through gears 1.and its preety awesome,im just wondering which game is better?

They're both awesome man, its fucking gears of war.

Gears 1 by far in my opinion. Gears 2 felt like the same old shit. Nothing really better just more of the same to be honest. The story was pretty lame.

I've only got GoW1 at the moment. I'm probably nowhere near completion due to playing loads of other games. There are so many that I've not got into till now. I reckon though that Gears will be one of those games that I get really addicted to and I'm definately going to get the second but only once I've completed the first.

Gears of War 2 is so much better. There is actually a half decent story in gears 2 compared to gears 1 and i found the combat scenarios much more enjoyable than gears 1

they are both awesome. I have Gears 2 but not Gears 1 anymore...i wanna get it again

Don't flame me but I think Gears 2 has the best campaign out of all the shooters this generation.

Gears 2 was awesome. Gears 1 was pretty cool, but Gears 2 makes Gear 1 kinda unplayable to me since it just does everything much better.
