I don't think Starcraft 2 will be a contender. I'm not really sure God of War 3 will be either. Button masher beat'em ups, even GoW, aren't seen as innovative anymore.

It probably has one of the most loyal following in the whole world. It just gets overlooked cause its a PC game. And since when has Blizzard not released a AAA game?

I dunno,but like ghost said,it will be a HUGE contender if it come's out.Starcraft isnt your ordinary RTS,it is a kick ass game with a HUGE fanbase.

well game spot gave gow 1 goty and i also think Scc, Alan wake, last guardian or heavenly rain will be a contender
