Perfect Dark ign review 9.0 AAAA confirmed

Zero was one of the most disappointing sequeals this generation. This is a breath of fresh pizza.

there is a difference between a game sucking and not being your taste...

Compared to the original, Zero sucked. Which is why I said it was one of the most disappointing sequels this generation. I'm glad Rare did this remake; it helps me forget their past mistake of Zero. Now, if only they'll make a proper Banjo Kazooie. XD

I agree that compared to the original, Zero sucked. But only compared to it. On it's own it's a decent game. I never played it online, but I enjoyed the single player campaign quit a bit.

I think it suffered becuase it was already in development when Rare was bought by MS and then they switched over to Xbox and then had to port it over to Xbox 360 as a launch title using very early dev kits. I'm surprised it turned out as well as it did.
