PC gaming help

i want to play pc games on my pc but I'm a noob when it comes to pc gaming so do i have to download a program or something to play pc games??

theirs digital games which you can find at ea and gamestop.com or you can go to best buy or walmart and other stores and buy install and patch the online

No, just insert the CD. By the way, illeagal downloads (equivilant of modding) could result in ID theift and massive virus attacks.

If you want to get games risk free from the internet, then get STEAM.

no but really DL as many games you can find aslong they cant be found in stores it is 100 precent right

I would say wait up for Starcraft 2 cause that is going to be so kick-ass. Most of the other games you can get on 360 without having to worry about installs and updates.

i dont like rts games and yeah i would buy 360/pc games on 360 cause of achievements and the controller (wait is there a way to play pc games with the 360 wired controller?)

You can definitely play PC games with the 360 controller. Not too sure how to do it though.

Buy Rome Total War, Its a my favorite game ever, and its only $20 these days, you can easily find it on Amazon.

Mass Effect 2 is only 39.99 from the Impulse store. You can also pick up Mirrors Edge for 10 bucks if you havent play it yet.

I'm assumming you don't have a strong PC. Here are some of my recommendation:
Half Life
Soldier of Fortune
Medal of Honor: ALLIED ASSAULT + Expansions
Serious Sam FE + SE

Those are some great games to play and they don't really need a strong computer to run it.
