i got steam and i bought Cryostasis the pc game and everytime i want to launch the game a window pops up and it says that theres a problem and it doesnt let me play the game after i bought it. and it getting frustrating

you may have a problem with your computer.

when i got my first steam games (TF2 and garrys mod) i would always get the same thing you got but it was HL2.exe has stoped working.

didnt go away til i took my comp to the shop....twice
