For those of you, like me, who loved Band of Brothers, this is the technical sequel, it's from the same people distributed by HBO and it takes place in the pacific this time, the first two are on OnDemand for those who have it and another every Sunday. I am watching this, I hope it is as good as the first. It most likely will. Just like Band of Brothers, it is a reenactment of true events, unless they confirmed otherwise.

I hope they really show the horrors of the pacific theater of operations.

Yeah, especially what Japan did to the Philippines, China, and the other locations, especially the Philippines...

Yeah My grandfather fought In the war as a guerrilla. He told me stories all about how brutal the japanese were especially to the women.

Hell my grandma was lucky nothing happened to her.

Yeah, I still don't like the Japanese government for that (they still try to deny the irrefutable proof the world saw), my great-grandfather was an American marine at the time, he fought in the Philippines.

My great-grandfather was in the Pacific.
On of my many uncles was killed in action over Europe. He was a tail-gunner in the air force.

On my mother's side we were in every war in American history on the American side except we were not in the Spanish-American war.

This series is great, but not as great as Band of Brothers.

My grandfather was in the north of Finland fighting of the Germans and the Soviet.

He died a few years ago Sad God I miss him...

This isn't a game, it is an HBO miniseries, why the hell are you talking like it's a game?

QFT. LMAO....just by seeing the live-action vids on the FIRST POST, he should realize it's most likely NOT a game.
