What triggers the fight sequence between Miranda and Jack and Legion and Tali?
How much Paragon do you need to choose the good option for both fights?

i got both of those fights triggered once i beat Miranda and Jacks loyalty missions(same goes for Tali and Legion).That is what I think atleast.I could be wrong

I dont know how much Paragon.

You will need at least 50% paragon. But I've read in a few places that there are a lot of other factors contributing to this as some people have had 80% paragon and still didnt get the Charm option. The other factors are currently unknown.

Well you can either choose one of them saving the Paragon/Renegade level.

However the choice will depend on the one you choose and your person. Since you cant persuade Jack with full paragon, but with almost full Renegade.. This will differ with the person at hand.

I have chose all "charm" option's in that fight during earlier in the game,yet I didnt have full Paragon at that time

Jack and Miranda

After completing both Jack and Miranda's loyalty missions (in either order), you will be summoned to Miranda's office in order to stop the two from fighting. Jack is angry that Miranda refuses to acknowledge Cerberus' mistreatment, while Miranda insists that the abuses which Jack suffered were committed by a rogue branch. A sufficiently high Paragon or Renegade score is required to keep both squad members' loyalty; taking one character's side will result in the other character losing her loyalty. If this does happen, a nearly maxed-out Paragon or Renegade score will allow the player to regain the squad member's loyalty through a conversation option later on [Confirmed: If you side with Jack, you can later convince Miranda with a significantly high enough paragon/renegade score. If you side with Miranda, you can later convince Jack that you were just paying lip service to Cerberus, you need a nearly full or full paragon/renegade to do so]. (On a side note, sometimes retraining powers to choose the option that gives you +100% on paragon/renegade can get you the extra p/r points you need, of course this only works if you had originally chosen the option giving +70%) (There has been cases where people have regained Jack's loyalty without having 100% paragon/renegade immediately after the dispute between the two had ended)

Tali and Legion

After completing both Tali and Legion's loyalty missions, you will be summoned to the AI Core in order to defuse a tense situation. Tali is angry that Legion is trying to send data about the quarian fleet back to the geth collective, and is threatening it with a pistol. Again, a sufficiently high Paragon or Renegade score is required to keep both squad members' loyalty. However, if the score is not high enough, siding with Tali and talking to Legion afterward gives Shepard the chance to explain the actions with a lower score. Doing so will restore Legion's loyalty.
