| I've been having the same problem. You'll find them up the snowy mountains, and in some cases Tall Trees. They're a fuck to find.  EDIT: I just re-read your post. You have to progress futher in the main story arc before you can finish that side mission. So you can get to Tall trees. | |

So you can get to Tall trees. yea ive been trying to do side quest to keep me busy pisses me off i cant do it and theres like 3 or 4 fuckin bridges leading over there that are half finished pisses me off | |

| Beavers are in the north east part of Tall Trees and at the Railwork camp. You need to progress the storyline as you cant complete the task until you have completed Mexico. This might help you: http://reddead.wikia.com/wiki/Beaver | |
