Email Microsoft about the crappy Eco cases

These cases they have been using since late 2009 are absolute crap. It's cheap and i saw a lot of people returning disks because they broke or got a hole in them. Please email them,i saw alan wake and red dead,crackdown 2 have the good original case but some others don't. tell them to bring the original cases back.

YES! Those stupid Eco cases are retarded! I have that one for Left 4 dead 2 and it is the stupidest thing I have ever seen! My friends broke because of it.

Its those cases where here are holes in the part of the case where it holds the disc.

I've seen a few images but never got to see one live nor do I own one. What's the purpose of it anyway? The centerpiece where the disc is stored looks extremely fragile.

To use less plastic, but its HORRIBLE

Australia doesn't have them so yeah, come live here and you will get high quality plastic cases.

They say it's to be "eco", but I bet it's just to save money. But yeah, they suck, if I spend a fair amount of money on a game, I want proper packaging.

Exactly. I pay 60 bucks for a game I want it to be protected in a good case, not some eco shit fuck save money case lol

I have to switch my new games with a case from an old game, that eco-box is a load of crap. What I really hate is the circle thing that goes in the middle of the disk, that shit will crack your disk.

yea what i do now is get a pre-order case for free. you know how they have a pre order case for upcoming games? i pre-order the game and get the case and then cancel the pre-order.its the same case as the original good ones and its even brand new shrink wrapped.that is what i do for now and just hop these are gone soon. thankfully alan wake and red dead had good one's.

Lol yeah I was joking. Since the eco cases break easy its more likely to end up in a garbage pile.

I wouldn't be surprised if these are gone by this fall. It's actually a decent problem and MS will notice it.until then i will keep getting pre-orders cases for whatever game has the bad case.
