This game looks a little creepy! Is it just a platformer?

| Man, I couldn't get enough of Limbo. That game was just so brilliant. I'm glad it's selling well, too. XBLA and PSN are good outlets for small studios to show their creativity to the world. Generally, most of what we see in today's retail market is a sequel or a reimagining or a rehash, or something like that, because that's what sells, and people take comfort in buying what they know (it becomes less risky - one reason why Call of Duty is the blockbuster it is). XBLA and PSN are good ways for small studios with limited funding make games, and it's honestly going to save the gaming industry one day. | |

| Great game, but is anyone else getting tired of these "Artsy" platformers? I'm looking at you Braid.

Would you rather have every platformer use an Italian plumber?

Would you rather have every platformer use an Italian plumber? You got me there. I think i'm still just pissed at Braid because of the whole Secret Ending thing.
