New xbox 360 dashboard (video)

I like the sharper design but its not really that different. It's just upgrades for Kinect.

It seems to be alot smoother and faster then the old NXE

It looks a lot uglier than NXE which I didn't think they could pull off. Kudos to Microsoft.

I loved the original dashboard and wish they would return to that. I honestly don't care about avatars, and they could've easily added party chat and Netflix and whatnot to the 360 without revamping the dashboard.

If they do this I will definitely be setting it to boot disc at startup.

It's uglier but it seems twice as fast. I say efficiency over look anyday. The PS3's UI is the ugliest I've ever seen yet the only limit to how fast I can navigate it is how fast my thumb is.

The only good in that was the pic of the citadel. But I never used the original dashboard to know

It looks good. But its not as livelike as the NXE.

The original dashboard was nice and simple, and I liked the themes you could buy. I hate Premium Themes, I hate how they cost more, and I hate the fact that all of the themes I bought for the original dashboard are pretty much useless.

Yes,its less colourful(something that casuals would probally like) but not a big deal at all.And I would rather have a faster dashboard then a prettier dashboard.

Was kind of hoping they could make it look more high tech in appearance.

I do have to agree. I am not at the dashboard very much, so if it is significantly faster then I would rather have this one.
