No,there were a few others who escaped too.they escaped with Dr Halsey(after Halo reach).In the reach campaign,Jun escorts Halsey to CASTLE BASE,which I beleive picks up in either the novel Fall of Reach or The First Strike.I think its the First Strike

in First strike......Halsey is found alone.......suggesting that Jun dies as well.
