can someone explain to me how or why

i was recording on my new capturecard in SD then i restart my xbox in HD. i try to sign in but oh wait my profile isnt there. its been completely gone.

then i go to recover my GT it says you do not have enough space on your harddrive try free up some space or check that the device is plug in properly.

i have 3gb free and my hard drive is properly plugged in.

i got a 4gb hard drive and its started to download my GT but what i wanna know is why did this happen? anyone know? im so confused right now

That is messed up. Is it there again when you switch back to SD?

nope i had to get a flash drive to dowbload my profile then move my profile to my harddrive. i was about to freak out i only just put 14 months on it and 4200 ms points.
