Official: Forza 3/Alan Wake bundle for US Market

It was all ready in Europe and Canada, but now its confirmed to be in USA as well.

Now since the US is MSs best market, this will only strengthen the hardware lead over there and also provide a shit load of sales for Forza 3 and alan wake, making GT5 delayed launch all the harder to catch up to it.

Epic! Microsoft have made some good choices this year, bad ones too... but good ones overall.
And yup, both games deserve some more sales so this will do well.
Also I think Alan Wake did badly because people were all saving up for/spending their money on Red Dead. Plus it wasn't advertised nearly as much as it should have been. It's a AAA standard game in my eyes and it deserves a couple of million sales!
Anyone looking to buy a 360 should definately go for this deal. And by Alan Wake being downloadable means more Live connected players. And 360 already has more connected gamers than ps3.

Red Dead killed Alan Wake sales. It was a stupid idea releasing it around the same time as RDR. Hopefully this gives AW the boost it deserves.

Yeah, especially as it was in development for so long, it's a total fail that it flopped in sales.

I think the problem that Alan Wake faces is that it doesn't really have the mass appeal that a game like Halo Reach or a Rockstar open world game does. But still releasing the same day as RDR wasn't a great move.
