Flickering shadows? Low Res Shadows? Framerate dips? ... Really? Gran Turismo?

i noticed the flickering shadows the most

that can get really irritating.......

Low frame rates have already been acknowledged by Kaz himself.. Really though, this thread seems to be nit picking, either way you can't deny that GT5 will be the king of all racers to date..

4:00 it looks graphically and gameplay-wise on-par with PGR4.
From what I've seen, sorry if I'm wrong but from what I see in this vid, the ground textures don't look as good but the buildings look nice. So props to PD there.

Btw lol did you hear about the damage on the premium cars? Apparently "the headlights crumple"

12:00 in unfortunately it looks like a ps2 game. Physics-wise and texture-wise and tree-wise XD
28:00 in, much better! That's the kind of standard I expect throughout the rest of the game.

The interface is pretty bad... but there is a lot of options.

38:00 the bushes look nasteh!

i heard its 60 fps while racing aswell but 30 in replays i think ign had it in an interview about the fps

I'm pretty sure that Sony will release a patch for it when it releases tomorrow. So, No worries.

Oh good, so this patch will turn all the 2d sprites into 3d trees, it will add interiors to 800 cars, it will get rid of the several hundred useless japanese cars and replace them with cars people care about, it will fix the horrible crash physics, it will completely change the interface, it will make the 800 standard cars into premium cars, it will fix the damage issues and make sure the headlights shatter, not crumple, it will stop the damage looking like plasticine and it will change the ground textures.
