Should i get Forza Motorsport 3 or Gran tourismo 5?

Well, Gran Turismo will have more vehicles. (about 1000)
Forza will have less. (about 400)
Forza will have more tracks. (about 100)
Gran Turismo will have less. (about 30)

Forza will include very deep car customisation.
Gran Turismo will feature it to a certain extent but not nearly as well as forza.
Forza will have superb level design (for one track alone, the team took 15,000 photos of the real thing so they could recreate it with as much realism as possible)
Graphically both games will look about the same.

Gran Turismo is known for having a "realistic driving experience" but in actual fact, it's more like a sugar coated version of real driving.
In real life if you crash a car, it will get damaged. In real life, if you are in a serious crash, your car will roll over.
Forza will feature this whereas Gran Turismo wants to have a focus on "perfect" driving.

Well overall the choice is up to you. I personally would go with Forza, not because I own a 360 but because it's slightly more realistic and has some more stuff in it to keep you occupied.

Thanks for all your support i will get Forza 3 and the reason i put it here is cause its an xbox360 forum so you know more about Forza 3 than a ps3 forum.

Forza 3....immense custimization, car rollovers, detailed vehicle damage, insanely realistic physics all the way down to how much the tires flex around corners, crazy community, Auction House to sell your cars online, and graphics just as good as GT5.

Forza3...you can create your own unique car designe and the graphics looks awsome!

Forza 3.. much better details custemization in the forza series... awsome driving... kick ass game

i think u shuld rent em both and then make your own decision, but theres no date on when GT5 is gona come out, the developers stated that it will come out this year, so if your really craving to play some racing then u shuld get forza 3 since its probly gona come out sooner, dont limit yourself tho, just because u buy one dont mean u cant buy the other.

Buy Forza 3 when it comes out. and get GT5 when that game comes out. They aren't releasing the same time so you cool.

get both if you own both consoles, otherwise just forza.

GT5 may have 1000 cars but about 60 Nissan Skylines of diffrent versions.

Forza have same number of tracks but more real tracks aswell as prized fictional tracks.
Maple Valley have been voted as the best fictional racing game track ever.

GT5 has almost every brand out there, but not: Porsche and Lamborghini, they are included in Forza.

Forza's online is way better then GT5 and a demo is coming 24/9

Im still getting both since i got both systems, and i love driving games.
