i dont think he's saying that it will outsell the 360 versions, just that the attach rates will be about the same or maybe favor the ps3 a bit more. and of those people buying the ps3 versions of those games, they were the same people who bought the last iteration on the 360.

Ps3's attach rate is never ever going to touch 360s record, which is almost 9.0 now.

PS3s to Xbox 360s sold in millions: 26/33 or 78% which is a ratio of 1.2:1

Preorders of MW2 for Xbox 360 and PS3 ratio: 3:1

In other words there are barely any more Xbox 360 out there than PS3. It might seem like a lot because it's in millions, but the ratio is nearly 1:1. Remember it's just .2 more in the ratio.

Yet the preorders are 3:1 for Modern Warfare 2.

There would have to be a 3:1 ratio of Xbox 360s to PS3 to make it even with the 3:1 ratio of MW2 presales.

You know what that means? PS3 owners don't buy games, even the best ones.
