ahh no. Famistu gave it a 39/40. It's still a great game but It just doesnt appeal to our Western tastes.

I like FF7. But I think FF6 looks better. I outta buy FF6 though. I like the story in 6 a lot better than 7. But 7 is still great. Though its too easy to get stuck in it.

the 360 version of ff13 is an 84 on metacritic compared to an 83 for the ps3 version. Wonder why that is I might check it out later

Not everyone loves JRPGs you know. Recently we have been spoiled by fantastic Western RPGs like Dragon Age Origins and Mass Effect 2. After playing games like that JRPGs are limited in scope, melodramatic, and outdated.

I'm not saying Final Fantasy 13 is bad. Not at all. It looks like an amazing experience, if you're into JRPGs that is.
