| compelling? probably because it was the first in the series.
less glitchy? the many spartans that i threw inside the geomtry of the maps begs to differ. | |

| I disagree.
While I love Halo Combat Evolved and it will always have a special nostalgic place in my heart I like Halo 2 more.
I loved the two sided story and playing as the Arbiter. I loved all the new locations and the new weapons and enemies. It was bigger and more exciting and more epic. The only thing I didn't like was the abrupt ending. | |

| I like 2 because the kept most of the old maps and really expanded on the newer ones, but the campaign and the magnum is better in 1. In my opinion the maps in 2 are better than the maps in 3 | |

Halo 2s online was cutting edge as far as console online gaming went. you couldnt find a better fps multiplayer online on consoles last gen. | |
