Yeah it's a persistent world with interactivity with EVE Online.

Not only does planetary conquest effect EVE Online but EVE players can contract Dust 514 mercenaries take over planets and stuff.

It's a whole new world for online FPS and the fact that it's going to host such large numbers of players in matches means this game has already made Mag obsolete.

Who's going to buy Mag when Dust 514 promises so much more?

well then im gonna speculate that theyll prolly implement a cross psn/xbl ds and mag will sit in the corner and slit its wrists

OMG lol but on topic this game could easily look to smash it competition with how epic it seems but thats at a first glance well have to see how it deveplops through teaser interviews...ect.

this better be an mmo well if it is i propose we make a team on it and hopefully the ps3 owners will buy it and make a team i mean just think about this for second how awesome would it be for xbox users to fight ps3 users on the ground while mac users fought windows users in space(i think mac is sony'S right?)

Apple and Sony have nothing to do with each other. In fact they are competitors in the computer market.

so apple makes macs ok well darn that would have been epic though anyways still looks epic and the concept blows my mind and i cant get it out of my head

i have an aunt, my aunt bought an LCD HDTV, then bought a PS3, how many games do you think a 52 year old woman owns?

look at the software sales and the fact that a very large portion of initial PS3 owners bought it mainly as a blu ray player.

This game looks really interesting actually. Reminds me of Halo,kind of.
