Ironic that PS3 owners have to wait all the time for their games. I mean a couple delayed games once in a while is ok, but all the time with every game, are they joking. Good thing I stopped supporting Sony after the PS2 days.

From what 7th was making it sound I though the PS3 had alot more exclusives this fall than 3 (now 2) since he bashed the X360 for having "only" 2 exclusives coming out later this year... Honestly I'm more excited about Reach and Fable 3 than GT5 and LBP2, not that they aren't great games.

Wow looks like another delayed game in the bunch for sony.

Delay is probably due to Move support which no one gives a shit about. Well done Sony, thats two games developers you fucked over cause of Move (Quantic Dream was the other one)

To be fair Microsoft also only has 2 games this fall too.

We've already seen it use Move, and it seemed pretty fluid. It has to be the MP!!! Thats what Socom is known for, and we have yet to seen a single piece of it.

Yeah but its easy to fix a controller layout, but it takes quite a while to work out crappy MP. (yes I'm talking you MAG, POS!)

Nintendo is still the king of delaying games.

Why is it so hard to get official release dates? Is there some communication gap between the developers and publishers?

Look I agree for the most part, but I don't get the whole thing where people pretend like COD is an Xbox exclusive. Having timed overpriced exclusive maps isn't much of a push. Besides at it's core COD is a PC game. >.>

cod is basically a 360 game,it makes the most sense to play it there and you get the vide too. even bobby kotick just mentions xbl every time maps come. That type of game fits 360 best. i wouldn't count it obviously but i can see how its definitely a 360 game mainly.

Not pretend, but it in some way is "spiritually" a 360 exclusive. Its a combination of good marketing, the 360 demographic being a better fit for FPS, and the timed DLC, not to mention COD is now known best as a console title as they sell in the multi millions where as the PC versions tank by comparison.

Basically the hype gets to the point where all other versions then the 360 version are considered inferior/irrelevant, even if they are on par. How MS shaped consumer mindsets to hold the 360 versions above all others is brilliant in my eyes.
