| Well recently Sony has been able to sell their consols for a profit at the $300 mark, adding a game at the $300 would bankrupt them. | |

All a game is, is a disc with data on it. It only costs about $10 to make a game.

PS3 console costs $250 to make(no controller) Controllers cost $25 a piece Game costs $10 They make a profit of $90 off each GOW3 bundle.

They make a profit of $90 off each GOW3 bundle. umm I really don't see how your getting a profit, it would be much easyer and more cost effective to just sell the game and consol individually instead of going to lengths to bundle at $300 Edit: Was confused for a moment, GoWIII is a $50 new game at gamestop, who in their right mind would sell it or any other $50 game for $10? Just like any other company they have pay export fee's which are outrageous. I think people take for granted how much companys spend just to get us the games.

I'm talking about production costs for the games. If it cost $60 to make a game, why would they keep getting price drops? Its because they try to maximize a profit.

| Very few this gen games ever go down to $10. GoWIII will eventually reach $30 and won't drop much lower till the next gen. | |

Thats because they still sell. GOW3 was $20 during a sale at gamestop 2 weeks ago, along with games like AC2.
