| It's 1st party because its got the Microsoft Games Studio's logo at the front. At least thats how i think it works. Its basically the same situation with Halo | |

| Its third party it is made by Epic and they are not owned by Microsoft. For example: halo 3 is a first party game as its owned by microsoft | |

| 1st Party = game owned and published by the console maker. (ex: Halo 3 ODST)
2nd party = game created by 3rd party and published exclusively by a console maker. (ex: Gears of War 2)
3rd Party = Obvious. | |
