Petition to UnBan DustinDutRank

Hello everyone, this is just a friendly petition to unban DustinDutRank.
Now mostly everyone knows what has happened, he had about a 200 post count then got banned without warning.

It was apparently for "flaming" and "harassing" which are both untrue.
He has a different way of talking to people, if you think he came in here to stealth troll then you are mistaken.

Debates are allowed on this site.
But never once did he do any of the following. Praise the PS3, bash the 360, bash Mass Effect 2(why would he get 1000/1000 on a game that he hates???) or bash on anyone personally.

What he said was never meant to be taken as flaming, only as critisism and debates.

So here is the point of the thread.
If you belive that DustinDutRank was wrongfully banned and should be unbanned immediately, then please sign in this thread.

Now here is the only thing, DO NOT post in this thread unless you think he should be unbanned.
If you post, then it counts as your signature.

After enough regulars have signed I will send this to MLD.
Now I doubt it will change anything, but it is worth a try since there is still a big problem with certain Mods banning unfairly.

it wont happen because his story doesnt match one of the mods story so they just take the mods story over dustins story

any moment now this thread will be taken down

And the one thread that was proof was deleted a few days after it was locked. And yet Mods were still conversating in it while it was locked.

he sent me some PMs on youtube because i asked where he was

So he and I are on good terms, and we were to begin with anyways.

Not only that, but he replied, then banned me so I couldn't reply back.
The guy needs to get banned himself. You can't give someone a warning before they even begin posting, and then 200 post later ban them saying that they were already given a warning.

They say I caused a flame war? Are we not allowed to talk about other peoples opinions as long as we aren't bashing the 360?

Also, Guilty Spark took the 10 or so posts that I had with him about the Wii and assumes I argue in every thread, which I didn't.

Anyways I was'nt a mod when you got banned, so I dont think I'd have much say, but anyway I agreed that ya should'nt have being perma banned but ya should have just cooled down on the debates because it was a bit annoying going into every(well not every) thread and seeing you and someone going off topic and debating over trivial stuff. Anyways its up to the MC, 343, Blixt and Arby....Or ya could ask MLD.

Anyways I myself see no problem, but my vote is irrelevant.

Now I would say "Every" thread was him arguing, the minority of his posts yeah, but no more than a few threads.

Again man, aint up to me. Better off just PM the other mods or waiting for a response, or PM'ing MLD.

one of the threads people were arguing with him on his opinion on multiplats, wheres thier warning. it seems that you have to agree with most things if now everything on mods opinions other wise you get banned.

And the whole thing with Arbertis was because he started the name calling first. Did he get a warning? I doubt it.

Did you ban him? Im asking cos there is no name beside who banned him, but MC told me that is how you lads are doing it now, so as that we dont get into another mess like before.

You see this thread.It was trying to start another fight with me.This is another example on how he love's to fight.

But Mc is right.Mod's have agreed to ban him as long as he come's here.
