Kendo, isn't your brother younger than you?
If he's younger than you why don't you just kick him off the XBOX and play it yourself?

If you knew my brother you would know how much of an animal he is (he actually attacked my mom the other night, he almost threatened to kill me with a knife as well one time).

Tell me about it. He has had the cops called on him PLENTY of times (while I never have had cops called on me), they usually do not do anything or my mom bails him out or says for them not to take him.

Well I got nothing more to say about your family issues, but I think that the only reason that your brother does a lot of those things is because he believes that hes the boss. He's younger than you and gets preference over the XBOX, most likely your mother will do whatever he asks. You got to show to him that he isn't the boss of the house and that because you are older and your mother is his parent, he has to show a lot more respect to his elders. Maybe then his behavior will improve.

Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST are two I own right now, in my life I have never limited myself to exclusives (however I plan on getting Halo Wars and maybe Mass Effect 1, maybe 2 as well).
