It takes a while to get going. The first 2 hours are just setting up the story and characters. I'll admit, when I first started playing, I felt like one of those guys in the GameFly commercial who are going all crazy because they bought a bad game.

86 on metacritic is shit?

Can you imagine paying to watch a movie as flawed as Heavy Rain at a movie theater. The only reason it has an 86 on metacritic is that video games have a lower standard for character and plot. Heavy Rain is nothing more than an interactive movie yet if it were released in theaters it would have been paned by film critics. It's not a real game nor is a it a good movie.

The beginning was pretty boring, but once you got into it I thought it was fun, but we all have our opinions and I respect that.

But there was no reason for so much trolling, that game was not near that good, and seriously is that all fanboys do with their time? It blows my mind...

It may be good but I have to agree with guilty-spark.. it's less of a game than the average game and when it does feel like a game...it's just packed full of mini quick-time event things.

Heavy Rain was a great "game" that everyone should play from start to finish, you should at least give it a try but you have to play the whole god damn thing. The demo gives it no justice and either does the first hour of the game.

100% agree.

Heavy Rain isn't for everyone. I think the demo gives you a good taste of what the gameplay is all about. If you're one of those gamers who is only interested in running around shooting things, then it's definitely not for you.

Heavy rain was one of the most boring games I have ever played.
