I noticed he has a lot of old and not very popular titles though... like WarTech and Shadowrun, but I guess still an amazing library.

LOL, I work at a blockbuster, and most of these games Average price range from $5 - $20.. I usually grab whatever comes in if I want it or wait until it drops in price. On top of that I get 10 free rentals a week... Most of these games I may have logged 10 - 15 hours on since I picked them, where as some titles (Beowulf, Alone in the dark, Wartech etc..) I have yet to put in the 360 tray and boot them up. As of late I work 30 - 40 hours a week and don't have much gaming time, when I do i'm usually toobing some noobs on COD.. Wating ever so patiently for Ghost Recon:FS where I will take that week off work LOL

However, If I played for achievements
