It's three then. I was thinking of Monster Hunter: Frontier and Final Fantasy XI. I forgot about Phantasy Star Universe. And then there's that other game coming out, The Secret World.

If the 360 can handle 32 players in Frontlines: Fuel of War, then it can surely handle 128-256 players in World of Warcraft type of style.

Frontlines: Fuels of War can do 25 vs. 25 on XBL actually, but yeah 50 players is less than a fifth of 256. Frontlines had dedicated servers I think, but if MAG can go 256 as well, I think the 360 can also.

Hah I just realised that for years Xbox 360 has had Final Fantasy XI which is apparently an mmo. With a monthly fee too.
Oh and yeah, it's got Monster Hunter as well.
