Actually if you look into it, the PS3 version only has 35 reviews as of today while the xbox 360 version has 52 reviews, thats why the PS3 version is higher. Once they all get added, they will be the same.

Because both versions are exactly the same thing so all the reviews that apply to the xbox 360 version also applies to the ps3 version as well.

No, he's just making a sensible prediction. The PS3 version doesn't have as much lower reviews scores for AC: Brotherhood despite the fact that everything the reviewers said about one version of the game applied to the other as well.
