So, we all knew that Halo 3: ODST, Forza MotorSport 3 and Left 4 Dead 2 were gonna be kickass games right?
Besides those, was there any other game that really surprised you by the positive, this year?
If so, please tell us which. Surprised
My thoughts?
Well i might say it was Batman: Arkham Asylum.
I was and still ain't never a big fan of super-heroes games like Spider-Man ,X-Men or HULK, cuz they normally tend to well.....suck balls or are just pretty much generic and built only for a quick buck.
But Batman AA is just awesome. Great story. Great gameplay. Great graphics. And Batman is actually my favorite heroe besides Wolverine so i was very happy for the game did so well. Hope the sequel will be good has this one.

as for this year, the whole Sherlock Holmes vs Jack The Ripper game looks good surprisingly xD

Just bought Batman AA about a week ago! I must say its a contender for GOTY imo.

Batman Arkham Asylum
Borderlands
Dragon Age Origins (I don't like RPG's typically so I wasn't excited for this game at first)
Red Faction Guerilla
X-Men Origins Wolverine
Dead Space Extraction
inFamous
Wolfenstein
SAW: The Game (great for fans of the movies! Awful combat system though)

I really enjoyed these games a lot. Didn't have very high expectations for any of them, but they all impressed me.
