firefights pretty damn sweet.. gets challenging after a while... fun FUN AS HELL

Picking it up next week. Oh man PS3 fanboys are still stuck on their mediocre killzone 2. Forza 3 next month boys!!! (for racing fans out there)

Think of horde in gears of war 2...without matchmaking.

I found it to be disappointing as the only way to play with others is to invite. (I have no idea if bungie patched it for release). Its a pretty fun mode though, just it left out matchmaking and variable difficulty (more people, harder it become, less people easier it becomes).

So if budgie fixes it, or if you have a ton of odst friends, then its really fun (like horde).

I can't really judge the story fairly as it was in French (and I do not speak French well at all). So when the English version comes out I will review the story.

It took me about 5 hours on legendary, 2 on normal to beat.

No, he doesn't exist at all in the story, you are simply ODST.

Is the core gameplay pretty much the same or have they changed some of the game mechanics or anything from Halo 3?
Oh and how do the graphics compare to killzone? xD (graphics seems to be the only thing ps3 fanboys can attack halo with)

Think of Halo 3 in a more open-world environment......multiplayer is the same as Halo 3, ODST just adds 3 new maps.

A known member says it took him 8 hours, you say it took you 2? Mmmm.....let me ponder for a moment who I will believe.

can you play splitscreen?

Seeing as it will be 4 player online co-op I would think yes

2 ppl split screen 4 ppl online.. so 2 ppl on one xbox with 2 other people (i've already beat it... i'd rather not say how but yeah..) firefight is like horde on steroids

Is the online better than halo 3 more selections?

the actualy matchmaking is on the 2nd disk... which is normal halo 3 multiplayer.. with all dlc... plus 3 new maps

So can i play halo 3 on halo 3 odst or do i have to get halo 3 regular

you can play halo 3 on odst.. but its the 2nd disk which is really just halo 3.. but only multiplayer.... so you can play halo with people who have regualr halo 3 with the 2nd disk in ODST
