Yeah cutscenes are fine although it is still hard to make a overall conclusion considering we have so little of reach and the whole game of killzone 2 to criticise.

I made a topic comparing high res screenshots of Halo Reach, Uncharted 2, and Heavy Rain. Since all we have of Reach is a game engine cut scene I only compared it to in engine cut scenes of the other two. Cut scenes tend to look a little better than in game, especialy when it comes to facial animation and details. Carter's face from Halo Reach is clearly more detailed than everything else.

the only good looking thing in killzone 2 was the guns, everything else looked dark and fugly, other than a few faces
