Yup, very possible that there will be forests and beach in Gears III, now that they are on a Island.

This looks exactly like Uncharted 1, just a bit of cleaning up.

The pillars in the 5th picture look like they came straight from the second level.

I always thought Gears of War had great graphics, but I was never a fan of the gray and brown palette that have taken over is games like Gears and the overrated Killzone 2.

I'd love to see more color and foliage in the next Gears of War.

Uncharted 1's textures look bleh. Uncharted 2 looks great though.

Gears 3 will no doubt look better than UC1 and UC2. If these improvements are in the game ofcourse...
