KZ1-it was not that good, but it was ok for wat it was.

KZ2- dark and gritty was its thing. you cant hate on it for that.

KZ3- it going to be in the snow, jungles, space, and more unannoced.

i like the controls in re2 better!, i love resistance 2!!!

It had a cartooney stereotype of the 1950s. Insomniac admits that.
On top of that we have the massive change from what I originally said for Resistance 1, a very atmospheric and challenging shooter to something that looks like a 1950s mix of Halo and Call of Duty

Halo has a great Heinlein-based universe and that is heavily reflected in the books.
The games both take away that sense of desperation (Gears 1, 2, and KZ2 did the same thing) which is a heavy draw of the universe and for the most part Halo 1 and parts of Halo 2 had a good story. Halo 3's story was god awful.
ODST is along the lines of 2 in terms of quality.

btw the thing i look for most in a game is a story. uncharted has a good story, mass effect has a good story, god of war has a good story, Halo has a very poor over rated, poorly wighten, and poorly told story.

anyway dude dorp it, halo is about gameplay, you like the gameplay stop trying to make up for the story.(btw i dont like the gameplay but i do get why it is so populer)
