Can't say I'm surprised. They only had a little over 5 years to make this game, I mean they had to make 200 cars!!!!!!!! And they had to copy and paste the cars from gt4 into it!!! They also had to give the cars invisible interiors!!!! They didn't have time to make the load times better, it wasn't their fault that they weren't given 15 years like every other games company!!! And they're releasing a great deal for GT, the special edition only costs £200 and it comes with a KEYRING!!!!!! That's a bargain right there, I'm so getting it.

I don't care about GT5, but that video looks like it was slowed down. Look at the reflection of people walking by. It looks like they're moving in slow motion. The in game footage doesn't look like it's moving at the right speed either.
I have no choice but to call shenanigans.

I still can't believe it isn't out yet. Microsoft has released several Forza and PGR games in the span of one Gran Turismo. Just pitiful, Sony.

Actual load time is ~54 seconds.

I'm pretty sure 54 seconds is faster than 1:21:972.
Also, Sonic 06 was a really shitty game. I also think GT5 looks slightly better than Sonic
54 seconds still aint pretty...............guys this game might make high AA if reviewers get pissed enough about the load times.
Forza 3 had pretty rough load times too. I don't think it was 55 seconds but it was about 30-40.
Well I've only played the demo but the load time never exceeds 25 seconds.
That's because the demo is installed in your HDD. We are comparing load times without a 7 GB install lol. But yea anything more than 20 second for any game is way too long.

The actual average load time for this level, according to the update on the kotaku article, is about 28 to 30 seconds. The video was faked. If you go back and watch it again, when the screen goes black you can see people in the reflection of the tv screen walking in slow motion.

video confirmed as doctored, the load times are due to the video being slowed down as you could see with the talking, people walking in the reflection, and camera flashes. Real load times
