Namco anounces game with better graphics than Uncharted 2 (Screens and vid to prove it)

It's called 'Inversion' and unlike Uncharted 2 it's plot and gameplay aren't ripped off.

From IGN-

"Set in the near future, players take the role of either Davis Russel, a cop, or Leo Delgado, his neighbor, as they have fight off waves of invading Lutadore enemies with "revolutionary" gravity-based environments and weaponry.

On of the revealed weapons is the Grappler, which can manipulate the environment for either combat situations, such as moving camped enemies out into the open, or puzzle solving.

"Inversion will turn the shooter genre upside down, literally," said Todd Thorson, director of marketing and public relations, Namce Bandai Games America. "Saber Interactive's innovative gravity manipulation feature will blow away any preconceptions of what a contemporary shooter should be."

Developed by Saber Interactive, Inversion is currently scheduled for release in 2010. Check the new screenshots below."

PS3 fanboys are going to act like it doesn't look as good since it's multiplatform. You just wait and see. They only care about exclusives, that's just one of the reasons games don't sell on PS3 like they do on 360. I remember they did that with Haze. It was first exclusive, and started spewing 'OMG so good.', and then it was going to become multiplat, and their statements changed to 'Oh, it didn't look that good anyway!'. I love how that works. lol

Game does look better than Uncharted.

I know and not only is it on Xbox 360, but it's multiplatform. Two things PS3fanboys refuse to believe. They think only PS3 exclusives can look as good as Uncharted 2.

In truth developers just haven't been as challenged as Sony developers, but now that there's a graphics race going on we will see the true power of the 360 come out.

Those textures are fucking awful. LOL if you think it looks better than Uncharted 2. Heck, it doesn't even look better than Gears 1.

EDIT: How can you say this isn't a rip-off? The main character looks exactly like Chris from Resident Evil 5 and the game is a clear rip-off of Bionic Commando/inFAMOUS/Gears/etc. Completely unoriginal and uninspired.

gears 1 graphics really? look at them stills it looks 10x better than gears it will really push xboxes capability graphical wise

Yet PS3 owners still say Uncharted 2 is the best looking game ever, and 360 cant touch it graphically. I LMFAO at them.

They should make this a 360 exclusive, that will show them.

Hmmm it does look good but I'm gonna need more stuff to convince me that it'll be a good game.

Looks like Crysis!

Warhound looks like it will be good, but they need to change the current artwork I've seen for the cover. It looks super generic and unappealing. They should just take a screenshot and make it the cover.

Lol. An Uncharted like game... cool... not sure if I will get it though.

Theres a lot of crazy stuff starting to come out on 360

That game just kind of fell off the radar about a year ago. I have a funny feeling that it will be a possible launch title for the next Xbox. Just a gut feeling nothing more.

uc2 while it is one of my new favorite tps its not better looking than even mw2 in the multiplayer department maybe in single player

The graphics do look good but the idea to me isn't that great, Fracture done it a while back and I really didnt like the idea of how they utilized it.
