Bayonetta gets a perfect 40/40 on 360, but PS3 Version Gets 38/40

This is the first time in Famitsu's history where they have given a multiplatform game different scores. The brownies are really butthurt by this considering these are the guys that made Devil May Cry, and the PS3 got the short end of the stick with the port.

Platinum Games really send a big Fuck You to the PlayStation 3.
I mean geez, they got the idea for they're company name from the the Platinum games on the PS2, because of they're everlasting quality and now this? That's just cold hearted....and i love it =D

The Ps3 version of Bayonetta has a worse framerate than MGS4 and inFamous............. oh wait, that is about every game on Ps3.

John Carmack (Head Developer of Rage and ID games) I believe said the following, "The Xbox 360 is a 60 frames per second console and can maintain that throughout. The Ps3 however is a 30 frames per second console and periodically becomes a slide-show machine."

I got it on the September cover DVD of our local gaming magazine NAG (New Age Gaming), it was an interview about the upcoming game "RAGE". I will surf the web and try to see if I can get it for you.

Ok this is the closest thing I could find. He basically says that the 360 runs at 60fps like a PC, and the PS3 at 30fps, and that it will be an uphill battle to try and get a game to run at a locked framerate on the PS3. The interview was basically the same issue being discussed.

Well how about that, yet another impartial expert says the Xbox CPU and PS3 Cell are about the same in power yet the 360 has an advantage in the GPU. Now we just need some developers to push the console hard to prove it. Halo Reach should do the job nicely.
