it is for all consoles + pc

why is it i dont see any ps3 games on this list?

watched the "What's Happening On Raptr Now" thing and haven't seen one PS3 game, sad.

This really is sad. Personally I'd prefer if xbox 360 and PS3 were fighting a closer battle.
Competition is a good thing, and it encourages companies to constantly improve. And even though most of the people here would probably love for the 360 to completely dominate the PS3 in sales, I don't think that would be a good thing in the grand scheme of things.
