Ah. Well good thing the vampire creeps you out. You don't want to get too connected to the people in the dark brotherhood. SPOILER (don't look if you don't want to know what happens): - Spoiler:
The leader guy of the Black Hand will make you kill all the people in the dark brotherhood.

HOLY MOTHERFUCKING SHIT!!!! this game is freaking phenomenal, like WOOOOW!!! It is! I played it for ages yesterday. I started playing it at like 1PM and stopped playing at 12:00AM (with just dinner inbetween)
lol seriously, my 360 felt like a radiator afterwards! XD Now my playtime's gone from 30 hours to 40something hours. And hahaha dude you have to do the dark brotherhood's questline. There's one mission where you go to some crazy dude's cellar (under the lighthouse in Anvil) and his mother's head is there. And you can keep it!! lol And you can throw it at the guards or do whatever you like with it. Even put it on a table in your house. hehe The Drakbrotherhood questline is hella fun. So varied. Just remember when Vicente Valtieri offers to turn you into a Vampire DO NOT let him. Its so annoying the way you can only walk at night time. And to to reverse the effect it takes AGES!!!! Must have took me around 6-7 hours looking for all the rare ingredients and those Magic gem soul stones to have the previliage of not being burned alive by fucking sunlight!! LOL I agree. Thing is, I got turned by a vampire just through sleeping in the arena area. The vampire bit me that night (bastard, just coz I killed the gray prince!!!). It was annoying but it wasn't too hard to get the ingredients. I went into a mage guild & stole the soul gem things, I bought the bloodgrass and garlic and other ingredients from stores (and when they didn't sell enough, I used the duplication cheat). As for the blood of an argonian and killing a vampire for it's ashes, those were easy as.
I'm going to try & get 1000 gamerscore from the game (would be 100% if it wasn't for the dlc!!!!). I'm not far off. Just gotta finish the thieves & mage's quest lines. I've got OVER 9000(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) gamerscore now =] you still have low gamerscore >_> lol joking

It just some form of multiplayer that is missing in the game that would make it better, since you spend most of your time alone wandering in the countryside or in a cave with your last torch I know it's an old comment but...... Bethesda made M'aiq pretty much respond to that. - Quote :

A reference to the discussion about Oblivion being a multiplayer game, and limits on NPC assistance. Multiplayer is one of M'aiq's recurring topics (another anti-multiplayer easter egg might be the Adoring Fan; all he does is get in the way and talk). lol basically Bethesda didn't want to put in multiplayer because they think it would just ruin it and as you can see... Adoring fan was there to put you off the idea

Although I kept him in the Imperial Palace most of the time, unless I wanted to try new and innovative ways of killing him by.... shooting him with a fireball off Dive Rock. Or just telling him to go back to the arena when hes just on the edge (he actually runs back to the arena then). Also, Maiq's really fast. Even with my guy (who I'd maxed speed with) I couldn't catch him up. You can only catch him up on horse, I think.

.... Dragon Age is linear, repetitive, simplistic and un-epic garbage. Oblivion is exciting, long, epic, diverse, MASSIVE, intriguing, engaging, deep and seriously addictive. Seriously. Dragon age may have been okay if EA hadn't published it. Unfortunately the way it is, it feels like one or two episodes of a tv series.

https://xboxrepublic.forumotion.com/game-reviews-f10/dragon-age-origins-vs-oblivion-t6274.htmAbove is a thread comparing Dragon Age Origins and Oblivion (both of which I have played). If you want to look at my reasoning, feel free to glance at the thread. The summation is.... Both are great games. But although Dragon Age Origins has the edge on the storyline, Oblivion wins (just a bit) on the environment and the combat (the way that the player can't control the fighting is annoying, though the character switching thing is cool). The margin is really small though, trust me. - Stoney wrote:

Being a vampire is cool. I accepted Vicente's offer on my character when I joined the dark brotherhood. And about the sunlight thing, the game lets you sleep. So all you need to do is just sleep until its nighttime, and then walk out. Also, you get to drain blood from people.

Zevran's one of the better characters in DAO. Although not as good as Sten, the Qunari vanguard; about twice the size of a human player. Wynne's mage robes (which she starts out with) are really good. Swap clothes with her the minute you obtain her. But I agree with you. Maiq is a legend. A quick legend, too. And a funny one.
